Laura Nasrallah is the Buckingham Professor of New Testament Criticism and Interpretation with a joint appointment in the Department of Religious Studies. Her research and teaching bring together New Testament and early Christian literature with the archaeological remains of the Mediterranean world, and often engage issues of colonialism, gender, race, status, and power.

She will be delivering the prestigious Magie Lecture for the Program in the Ancient World in the spring. More information on her talk is coming soon.
